1. Chemical: The dye is indispensable. Now it can be poured into the machine cylinder after sufficient stirring and melting in the chemical tank. Otherwise, the nylon fabric is likely to cause color lake stains.
2. Temperature: It is indispensable to add a cover for heat preservation and heat insulation operation to keep the temperature of the equipment above and below the liquid consistent.
3. Warming: When adding steam to warm, the cloth roll cannot be operated, otherwise the temperature difference between the top, bottom, left and right will lead to color shift.
4. Head and tail: Before operation, make sure that the difference between the temperature of the cloth roll and the temperature of the liquid is not too big. In winter, it is necessary to prevent the cloth roll from being too cold so that the cloth layer touching the roll is cooled. The rewind roll makes it warmer.
