Operating procedures for Jigger Dyeing Machine production

May 11, 2022

1. Be sure to park the car when the cloth roll is on the roller. Wet the end of the cloth with tap water first, and stick it flat on the roller, and then you can drive. It is forbidden to pull the cloth tip against the roller while driving. If the tip of the cloth is not firmly attached and falls off while driving, it should be parked and re-attached.

2. When the cloth roll is running, if it encounters defects such as rolling and wrinkling, it cannot be solved on the front face of the rolled cloth, so as to avoid rolling your hands.

3. The core (square iron stem) of the cloth-rolled wood roller should not be reliably placed beside the rotating roller sleeve to avoid being ejected by the force of mechanical equipment and causing injury.

4. When the electric hoist is hoisting the cloth roll, the roller should be kept level and stable, and should not be tilted, so as to avoid the dislocation of the two ends of the rope, which may cause the cloth roll to fall and cause injury.

5. The spiral bevel gear and rotating shaft on the work roll should be modified with a fully enclosed safety cover.

6. Jigger Dyeing Machine should be equipped with emergency braking safety device for electrical equipment or mechanical equipment. The structure of the equipment is to use two wooden boards to be attached to the bottom of the cylinder mouth on both sides, and to connect electric buttons or mechanical equipment wrenches to each other. In a risk situation, just move the wooden board (safety board), and the mechanical equipment will immediately stop running, thus reasonably avoiding the occurrence of major safety accidents. Safety emergency braking installation must improve the usual regular inspection and maintenance to avoid failure.

7. When working on the Jigger Dyeing Machine, the sleeves of the work clothes must be fastened, and there should be no dragging. It is forbidden to wear skirts and cotton towels around the head and neck for practical operation. When using strong acid and alkali and other toxic and hazardous dyes and modifiers, be sure to wear essential protective equipment, such as myopia glasses and rubber gloves, rubber boots or gas masks.
