(1) The primary conditions affecting the quality of overflow dyeing of inclusive dyes are dyes and application methods, dyeing temperature, types of salts and alkalis, demand and application methods, dyeing time, dyeing liquor bath ratio, etc. Among the above influencing factors, in addition to the application and participation methods and bath ratio of dyes, salts and alkali agents, other factors only affect the shade of the textile fabric, that is, the factors that affect the fixation rate of non-specific dyes.

(2) Related disperse dyes. When dyeing with disperse dyes at 90°C, the heating rate can be larger, and above 90°C, especially when it is close to 130°C, the heating rate should be controlled to slowly approach the dyeing temperature to avoid uneven dyeing. The dyeing of disperse dyes is strongly affected by temperature. Therefore, in the temperature region where the dyes are digested, increasing the number of cycles of textiles and dyeing solutions can make the dyes and temperature in the dyeing room spread evenly, which is beneficial to the leveling of textiles.

After dyeing, reduce the temperature gradually and slowly to avoid the wrinkling of the fabric caused by the chill. When the temperature drops to 100°C, rapid cooling can be used to drop to 80°C, followed by overflow cleaning to further reduce the temperature in the dyeing room. If it is discharged and leaked at a higher temperature, it is easy to form fabric wrinkles and affect the dyeing quality.
