(1) check that there is enough oil (grease) in each lubricating part. Check the connection of pneumatic system pipeline and valve for leakage. Check all valves in mud, water, and medicine lines for flexibility. Open the line manual valve.
(2) check the power supply voltage is normal. Check whether the electrical switch and the belt protection device are reset. (3) before starting the machine, it is necessary to check carefully whether the position of the ultra-deviation detecting plate of the belt and the machine terminal is correct or not, and to test manually whether the action of the rectifying device is normal or not. Otherwise, the belt and switch will be seriously damaged if the machine is started blindly.
(4) check whether the sludge level is normal. Flip the mode selector switch to select the mode of operation.
