System operation sequence of dehydrator

(1) starting air compressor, flushing pump, main drive of concentration section, main drive of pressure filter section, belt machine running in the air.
(2) start the dosing pump, sludge pump, control the dosing flow meter, adjust the speed of dosing pump accordingly, make the sludge flocculation into the best state. This process is based on the initial test data, the actual operation should be adjusted according to the flocculation situation.
(3) observe the material distribution, gravity dehydration, adjust the electric valve to control the amount of mud.
(4) adjust the feed flow rate and the height of feed plate, observe the effect of flocculation and gravity dewatering, adjust the feed flow rate to get the minimum feed flow rate under the best flocculation effect.
(5) observe the cake discharge thickness, cake moisture content, adjust the sludge feed, belt tension, concentration section, pressure filter belt operating speed, in order to obtain the maximum production.
