(1) close the power switch QF and lock the electric cabinet door. The power is connected and the signal light is on. The automatic dosing device is in working condition.
(2) check the sensitivity and reliability of the fault alarm devices and emergency stop button in the machine protection system. After the protection system is in good condition, open the corresponding valves on the pipeline and switch the working mode to the "manual" mode, do the following.
(3) press the "air compressor" button, air compressor start, cylinder action, the belt began to tighten, about 5 minutes. Make sure that the total pressure indicator of the air source of the air control box is normal and the tension pressure is normal.
(4) press the "flush pump" start button to start the flush pump. Press "filter press section start" and "concentrate section start" button to start the main drive. At the same time start work, adjust the reducer mechanical stepless speed governor (Note: Motor Stop State Forbidden Regulation) from slow to fast, observe the operation of the filter belt, determine the speed of the filter belt. In general, the working speed range of concentration section is 20 ~ 80% , and that of pressure filter section is 40 ~ 90% .
