The dye liquor is transported by a centrifugal pump and circulates from the inside to the outside or from the outside to the inside through the warp beam to the fabric layer.

If the operation is improper, this kind of dyeing will produce color difference in the inner, outer and middle of the fabric layer.

2. Winch type high temperature and high pressure rope dyeing machine

Features: sealed and pressure resistant, can be used at high temperature and high pressure, and can also be used at room temperature and pressure. Low steam consumption.

The applicable dyes and fabrics are wide.

3. High temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine

The dye liquor is drawn from the bottom of the dye tank and enters the overflow tank through the heater. Two or three overflow pipe inlets are installed in parallel in the overflow tank.

The fabric is driven by the active guide roller and the overflow of the dyeing liquor to circulate. During the dyeing process, the fabric is in a relaxed state, the tension is small, the dyeing is even, the color is bright, and the product feels soft

Mainly used for dyeing synthetic fiber warp knitting, weft knitting and elastic fabrics. It can be used for high temperature and high pressure dyeing, and it can also be used for normal temperature and pressure dyeing.
