1. Operating procedures
(1) Whether the parts of each part of the machine and the fasteners are loose or abnormal, they should be dealt with in time.
(2) Sort the fabrics, place them evenly in the drum, and close the inner and outer doors.
(3) Open the drain valve, add detergent, and add water within the specified range.
(4) When the dyeing machine is working, put in steam and keep the water temperature at about 70℃. After reaching the specified requirements, close the steam valve.
(5) Turn off the power switch, and then cut off the power.
2. Maintenance
(1) The running parts, friction parts and bearings of the machine need to be lubricated regularly.
(2) The tightness of the triangle tape should be appropriate, and if there is any problem, it should be adjusted in time.
(3) When the machine is working, the sealing cover cannot be opened. If there is any abnormality, stop for maintenance immediately.
(3) Every six months, we must stop for a comprehensive inspection in order to discover and solve problems in time.
