Performance of Jigger Dyeing Machine itself

In practice, it is believed that the color difference between the left, center and right of the fabric depends to a certain extent on the mechanical properties, especially the scaffold in the cylinder, which must be adjusted in time according to the thickness of the fabric. Lightweight fabrics such as dyed nylon spinning, polyester pongee, and polyester taffeta are particularly sensitive to the requirements of scaffolding. I have seen in a factory that the balance between the two ends of the scaffold on the Jigger Dyeing Machine is very different from the middle. The more protruding part in the middle differs from the ends by 125px, and the flat part only differs by 25px. The former is due to the protruding scaffolding, the fabric is severely scraped during the dyeing process, and the content of the dye solution is too small, resulting in light color; while the latter is easy to wrinkle. After adjustment, the middle protrusion of the scaffold was adjusted to a difference of 2~75px from the two ends. Practice has proved that the fabric has uniform color and no wrinkles. In addition, the bottom of the Jigger Dyeing Machine should be equipped with two sets of direct and indirect heating devices. For example, direct heating can be used when heating and feeding, and indirect heating device can be used after the feeding is finished and the liquor ratio is adjusted. Most devices are now equipped with computers. The author believes that it is not suitable to use a computer when the first cylinder is sampled. After the sample is successful, the computer should be used for mass production to ensure that the process parameters are correct.
