Precautions for Beam Dyeing Machine operation

1. Preparation before operation
(1) Check whether the dye bucket and auxiliary bucket of the dyeing machine are clean. If it is not clean, then it should be cleaned.
(2) Check the incoming cloth weight and the planned weight. If the deviation exceeds 10%, the operation cannot be performed.
(3) Prepare the warp beam and stainless steel plate and inspect them.
(4) Set up the inner baffle and check it to see if it is clean.
2. Operation
(1) Before inserting the cloth, check the inside of the machine to see if it is clean and dirty.
(2) Check whether the sealing ring is intact and whether the sealing performance is good.
(3) First push the cloth car in front of the Beam Dyeing Machine, and then push the warp beam into the machine. During this process, pay attention to the cloth car not hitting the dyeing machine.
(4) When closing the door, be careful not to leave debris in the machine to avoid damage to the machine.
(5) Operate in accordance with the specified requirements, pay attention to some matters, and fill in the production flow sheet.
3. Matters needing attention
(1) If the machine is abnormal, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and deal with it in time.
(2) When the machine is working, the working temperature is very high, so do not touch the machine to avoid being burned.
