What problems should be paid attention to when dyeing with HT Jigger Dyeing Machine?

1. After anodizing, it can only be washed with cold water, not hot water, or touch with hands to prevent the dyeing of the film from being affected. In addition, in order to prevent the residual acid from being carried into the dyeing tank, if necessary, it can be neutralized in a solution containing 10-30mL/L of ammonia or 50g/L of sodium carbonate after anodization.

2. Coloring should be carried out immediately after anodizing and cleaning. If it cannot be dyed immediately, the parts should be soaked in clean water and the parking time should not exceed 1h. If the time is too long, it should be soaked in 10% acetic acid (also phosphoric acid, oxalic acid, tartaric acid or citric acid) at room temperature for 10 minutes before dyeing to improve the dyeing property of the film.

3. The anodized parts shall not fit and collide with each other. If the color after dyeing is light, you can continue dyeing in the tank. After dyeing, the parts are cleaned and sealed and dried immediately to prevent the surface from running out and blooming.

4. When the dyeing solution appears turbid, it should be filtered in time. Because the turbid dyeing solution will seep into the pores of these solid particles, the brightness of the surface of the dyed parts will be significantly reduced, and the transparency will be poor and unsightly. In order to prevent the dyeing solution from becoming turbid, the solution should be prepared with distilled water, ‘the dye must be completely dissolved before it can be used to prevent acid and alkali residues from being carried into the dyeing tank.

5. The temperature of the dyeing solution should not be too high (80~90℃), otherwise the dye molecules will not fully penetrate into the deep part of the membrane pores and the membrane pores will be closed, so that the color is too light, the dyeing fastness is too low, or the surface is stained.

6. The material for the dyeing tank should be selected reasonably, because some dyes will react with some metals (such as aluminum, copper, and lead). Zui is easily made of enamel, ceramics, polypropylene plastic or stainless steel. When using a stainless steel tank, the hanger should be insulated from the tank body to prevent parts from being corroded by galvanic corrosion.
