Precautions for high temperature dyeing

1. Preparation of the dye solution When preparing the dye solution, first use a small amount of cold water to make the dye into a slurry, and then dilute it with room temperature water. Note that the temperature of the diluting water should not be too high, higher than 60 degrees, the disperse dye quilt will be damaged In addition to the above preparation, the cohesion dye can also be prepared by dusting, that is, slowly sprinkle the dye into cold water under high-speed stirring, and it is not suitable to leave the dye bath for a long time after preparation. At the same time, it needs to be stirred slowly with a stirrer to prevent precipitation.
Second, the choice of dyes When dyeing, try to choose varieties with good diffusibility and levelness, and dyes with close dyeing properties should be used when matching colors.
3. Reduction cleaning Reduction cleaning is an important part of removing floating color. After reduction and cleaning, the color is slightly lighter. At the same time, friction fastness and light fastness are improved.
Fourth, the prevention of tar spots The so-called tar spots are viscous substances formed in the dye solution, the main ingredients are dye dispersants and polyester oligomers. Polyester oligomer is a polycondensation of polyester, it will ooze from the fiber and flow into the dye solution to adhere to the surface of the fiber during the high temperature and long-term dyeing process.
