Stacking principle of overflow dyeing machine

Jun 14, 2021

In order to meet the accumulation requirements of knitted fabrics in the cloth storage tank, the overflow dyeing machine used for overflow dyeing of knitted fabrics uses a double pendulum mechanism to complete the accumulation of grey cloth or fabric.

The horizontal cloth mechanism is composed of two swing arms and a horizontal cloth bucket, and the vertical cloth mechanism is composed of a swing arm and a vertical cloth bucket. Both the horizontal and vertical orbital structures are driven by air pressure, and the power element is an air cylinder. The swing angle of the horizontal cloth mechanism depends on the size of the vertical cloth bucket, and the swing angle of the vertical cloth structure depends on the size of the cloth storage slot entrance.

The stacking method of the grey cloth in the dyeing machine can be summarized as up and down gradually, and left and right snakes. That is, the vertical swinging mechanism swings back and forth to realize the back and forth swing of the grey cloth; the horizontal swinging mechanism swings left and right to realize the left and right unfolding of the grey cloth. The two interact to complete the stacking of the grey cloth.
