Precautions for operation of dyeing machine
Aug 04, 2023
1. The machine must stop when the cloth is rolled onto the roller. Wet the tip of the cloth with water first, and paste it on the roller evenly, and then drive it. It is strictly forbidden to pull the tip of the cloth onto the roller while driving. If the tip of the cloth is not pasted firmly and falls off while driving, stop the car and stick it again.
2. When the cloth roll is in operation, if it encounters defects such as curling and wrinkles, it cannot be handled on the front side of the cloth roll to prevent hands from being involved.
3. The core (square iron stem) of the rolled cloth wooden roller must not be placed next to the rotating roller sleeve to prevent it from being ejected and hurting people under the action of mechanical force.
4. When the electric hoist lifts the cloth roll, the roller should be kept horizontal and stable, and must not be skewed to prevent the single end of the rope from slipping, causing the cloth roll to fall and hurt people.
5. The bevel gear and transmission shaft on the roller shaft should be equipped with a fully enclosed safety cover.
6. Dye jiggers should be equipped with electrical or mechanical emergency stop safety devices. The structure of the device is to use two wooden boards to hang under the cylinder mouths on both sides, and connect the electric button or mechanical wrench. In a dangerous situation, just touch the wooden board (safety board), and the machine will stop running immediately, effectively preventing major accidents from happening. For safe emergency parking, the usual inspection and maintenance must be strengthened to prevent failure.
7. When the upper dyeing machine is working, the cuffs of the overalls must be tied tightly, and no dragging phenomenon is allowed. Skirts and towels around the neck are not allowed to operate. When using acid-base and other toxic and harmful dyes and auxiliaries, you must wear necessary protective equipment, such as glasses and rubber gloves, rubber shoes or gas masks.
