Use high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machines for high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing, and special attention should be paid to safety issues. The process operation procedures, safety operation procedures and fault handling rules must be taken as strict disciplines. Operators who have not been trained and checked on safety knowledge are not allowed to work. Things to pay attention to are as follows:
When the machine is running, the operator should not leave the machine without authorization, and should pay close attention to whether the pressure gauge, thermometer, etc. are normal, whether the fabric is running and the safety valve is normal; if there is any abnormality, take emergency measures as soon as possible.
The sealing cover should be checked repeatedly to see if it is tightened, and whether the feeding bucket valve, filter cover, exhaust valve, etc. have been properly operated; avoid spraying liquid and steam after pressure, which may cause personal burns.
The high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine cannot be heated before it is turned on. The steam valve must be closed before shutting down to avoid the heater and related pipes from rupturing.
When dyeing, people expect to complete the dyeing process in a short time and make full use of the dyes, but also to dye the textile evenly without causing deformation or damage to the textile. However, the two are often contradictory. In order to achieve satisfactory results in both aspects, it is necessary to well control the dyeing process and select appropriate dyeing methods.
The water filling valve of the cooling water equipment of the circulating pump should be opened first, and then the machine should be turned on again to avoid the conflict and heating of the circulating pump shaft and damage the parts after the temperature rises. The cooling water valve can be closed only after the high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine is shut down.
After the dyeing is finished, the temperature must be lowered to zero and the temperature below 90℃. The cover can be opened after the machine stops running to prevent the dyeing liquid and steam from rushing out and burning the personnel.
The whole machine should be overhauled regularly, and the pressure gauge and temperature gauge should be checked frequently. Check whether the data index of the pressure gauge and the temperature gauge match. If they do not match, there must be external damage. At this moment, please ask the equipment repair department to repair or replace immediately.
