Safety operating procedures for high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine

(1) Before starting the machine, clean and clean the work site, machinery and equipment, and tools to prepare for work.

(2) Check whether the equipment, instruments, etc. are intact, in addition to replacing the filter screen to avoid blockage. After checking all the problems, you can start the machine.

(3) Turn on the compressed air valve, close the drain valve, turn on the water inlet switch, and then drain the water.

(4) After the nozzle sprays water, the grey fabric is introduced into the dyeing vat.

(5) The door of the machine should be closed tightly, and there should be no air leakage or liquid leakage.

(6) The operating speed of the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine and the nozzle pressure should be adjusted to ensure that the grey cloth can operate normally.

(7) The dyeing solution should be participated in the order according to the rules, and the material should be added slowly and evenly to avoid affecting the dyeing effect.

(8) The dyeing process should be automatically controlled by a computer to ensure accurate dyeing curves.

(9) After the dyeing is finished, wait until the temperature drops below 80°C and the pressure drops to zero before turning over the lid, otherwise it cannot be opened to avoid problems.

(10) No water is allowed in the dyeing vat, and no water running of the main pump is allowed.

(11) When the temperature of the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine is above 80℃, it is forbidden to open the reflux valve.

(12) The filter screen must be cleaned every shift to avoid clogging or accumulation.

(13) It is forbidden to open the softening water valve and the tap water valve together to prevent water leakage.
