1 when the exit light is on, press the accept call key, and then press the 'next' button until the program ends;

2 open the door;

3 push the cloth cart to the door;

4 pull the warp rack onto the cloth cart, install the protective device, and push the cloth cart to the wet cloth area;

5 remove the stainless steel strap and stainless steel plate, and use the crane to move the warp shaft to the warp shaft unwinder;

6 fill in the production flow sheet;

7 check the dye bucket and auxiliary bucket. If they are not clean, clean them immediately;

8 safety points: ensure that the cloth cart is in place, install the protective device, and take special care when moving the warp shaft.

9 quality points

In case of dyeing spots, obvious uneven dyeing, pocket cloth and other abnormalities, report to the monitor on duty.

10 attention

10.1 if the machine has any abnormal leakage, strange sound, etc., inform the team leader.

10.2 keep the workshop clean and tidy.

10.3 do not touch the machine when the temperature is very high.
