Aspect 1: temperature
It is a key aspect. Appropriately increasing the dyeing temperature can improve the dye uptake, thus improving the work efficiency and dyeing effect. However, we should note that when the temperature rises to a certain value, the effect will not change significantly. When this value is exceeded, it will bring some adverse effects, such as poor color light, which will reduce the dyeing effect. Therefore, for high-temperature dyeing machine, its upper limit temperature is 145 degrees, but * * good control between 123 and 130 degrees, this range is * * appropriate, and can bring * * good dyeing effect, and good dyeing uniformity.
In addition, after the temperature rises to the specified temperature, it should be kept warm for a period of time to allow the dye to fully diffuse and penetrate into the fabric. Aspect 2: pH value

An appropriate amount of dispersant and dye homogenizer can be added to the dye bath, so that the dye can be stably dispersed. However, the amount should not be too much, because it will bring adverse effects.
