What should be paid attention to when assembling and disassembling the mechanical seal of the dyeing machine

1. During disassembly and assembly, be careful to avoid bumping and scratching the sealing surfaces of dynamic and static rings and auxiliary sealing rings. It is absolutely not allowed to knock with a hammer or iron.

2. In case of dirt deposition that cannot be disassembled, it should be cleaned first and then disassembled to avoid damaging the sealing elements as far as possible.

3. During the assembly process, the cleanliness requirements of the sealing cavity and the surface of the shaft sleeve must be maintained. In case of dust adhesion, clean it with gasoline, and scrub the sealing surfaces of dynamic and static rings with clean soft gauze, cotton paper, absorbent cotton and other things. During assembly, the sealing surface can be coated with turbine oil or spindle oil.

4. The spring compression of mechanical seal must be adjusted properly, which is mainly guaranteed by assembly experience. When adjusting the compression of the spring, the fixing screw must be tightened without any looseness.

5. If the external sealing fluid is used, the sealing fluid is required to be 0.5kg/cm2 higher than the pressure of the sealed medium. There is no strict requirement on the flow rate, which only requires that it can form a cycle and take away too much heat in the sealing cavity.
