The motor of the jigger is always in the power generation mode. The usual practice is to use a braking unit and a braking resistor to consume the energy generated by axial flow braking in the form of heat. For equipment such as dye jiggers that have been working in the power generation mode for many years, the waste of electric energy in this way is a lot. Kechuang Liyuan inverter can conveniently support the public DC bus. In practice, we directly connect the PN bus of two inverters in parallel, so that the energy generated by normal braking returns to the driving motor through the parallel bus. In order to consider that both motors may be in the power generation state during rapid deceleration, a braking resistor is still connected in parallel to one of the inverters. The work of this resistor is short-term and the energy consumption is very small. The old large resistance box under the jigger control cabinet can now be completely eliminated, which not only saves energy consumption, but also avoids a large heat source, thus improving the reliability of the system.
