The motor of the jigger has always been in the form of power generation. The usual practice is to use a braking unit and a braking resistor to consume the energy generated by axial flow braking in the form of heat. For equipment such as dye jiggers that have been operated in the form of power generation for many years, the waste of electric energy in this method is a lot. Kechuang Liyuan inverter can conveniently support the public DC bus. In practice, we directly connect the PN bus of two inverters in parallel, so that the energy generated by braking during normal operation returns to the driving motor through the parallel bus. In order to consider that both motors may be in the state of power generation during rapid deceleration, a braking resistor is still connected in parallel to one of the inverters. The operation of this resistor is short-term and the energy consumption is very small. The large resistance box under the control cabinet of the jigger can be completely eliminated now, which not only saves energy consumption, but also avoids a large heat source, thus improving the reliability of the system.
