Treatment efficacy of Loose Fiber Dyeing Machine

Oct 29, 2021

After the fabric before dyeing is processed by annealing, Loose Fiber Dyeing Machine boiling (or scouring), and bleaching, the fiber effect and whiteness can be obtained, making it easier for the dye to dye the fiber. Cotton fiber mainly contains pectin, nitrogen-containing substances, waxy fat, ash, cotton seed hulls and pulp from weaving, etc. Chemical fiber mainly contains lubricating agent for spinning. The storage of these sundries varies to varying degrees. Will affect the dyeing effect. Therefore, it is necessary to remove these impurities through some additives and action conditions.

Because cotton fiber contains a small amount of symbiotics that accompany the fabric to grow together, the process of removing it is also relatively difficult, while the oil agent contained in the chemical fiber is relatively easy to handle. The new auxiliaries should be removed, and they should be removed thoroughly, otherwise they will not be dyed deeply; the fabric will remain clean after the impurities have been removed, and there should be no debris attached or clamped between the fibers. To achieve these three goals, in addition to selecting good additives, it is necessary to provide conditions that can produce effective effects.

Less damage to fabric

After the fabric has been pre-treated to meet the requirements of the dyeing process for the fabric before dyeing, the treatment time of the Loose Fiber Dyeing Machine is too long (because the treatment effect does not meet the requirements, the treatment process is delayed for many times), which may cause mechanical wear. Therefore, when choosing a pre-processing method, you need to take into account multiple aspects, and one must not lose sight of the other.

Short process flow

To achieve the pre-treatment effect of the fabric with a short technological process, it is the current former general printing and dyeing factory can afford. Therefore, at present, a considerable part of dyeing machine manufacturers still use intermittent overflow or jet dyeing machines for the decompression, boiling and bleaching processes.

Energy saving and environmental protection

Energy saving and emission reduction is the main goal achieved by printing and dyeing equipment and processes at this stage. It seems that it is difficult to solve this contradiction with the overflow water washing method adopted by the pre-treatment and post-flow or jet dyeing machine. However, the airflow dyeing machine adopts a continuous water washing method, which is clear and turbid and divided, and the washing gradient is large. If the washing is controlled in the configuration, the Loose Fiber Dyeing Machine can achieve a good washing effect with less water.
