1. From temperature control:

It can be seen from the dyeing curve of cationic dyes that most of the dyes are completed in a narrow range of about 10°C above 70°C. This is related to the glass transition temperature of the fabric, and it is easy to dye flowers in this range. Therefore, when dyeing, the temperature rise rate should be strictly controlled in the sensitive temperature range.

2. From pH control:

There are quite a lot of cationic dyes (such as triarylmethanes) that are unstable under alkaline conditions, so the dyeing is generally controlled at pH 4.5.
