What are the precautions for high temperature and high pressure dyeing machines?

1. Dyeing liquor preparation
When preparing dyeing liquor, you should first use a small amount of cold water to make the dye into a slurry, and then dilute it with room temperature water. Note that the dilution water temperature should not be too high. If it is higher than 60 degrees, the dispersed dye quilt will be damaged and condensed. In addition to preparation, the dye can also be prepared by powdering, that is, the dye is slowly sprinkled into cold water under high-speed stirring. The dye bath should not be left for a long time after preparation. At the same time, it needs to be stirred slowly with a stirrer to avoid precipitation.
2. Dye selection
When dyeing, try to choose types with good diffusion and leveling properties. When matching colors, dyes with similar dyeing functions should be selected.
3. Recovery cleaning
Recovery cleaning is an important part of removing floating colors. After recovery cleaning, the color becomes slightly lighter. At the same time, the friction fastness and light fastness are improved.
4. Avoidance of tar spots
The so-called tar spots are viscous substances formed in the dye solution, and the main components are dye dispersants and polyester polymers.
