1. Use a high-pressure airless sprayer to spray the thermal insulation coating on the surface of the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine. It will form a dense thermal insulation coating with a thickness of 1.5~5mm on the surface of the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine.
2. According to a thermal insulation method, we have the following specific steps:
(1) Remove various oil stains and protective compounds on the surface of the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine.
(2) Open the stirring device at a temperature not lower than 21℃ and stir the thermal insulation coating in the paint bucket to a milky consistency.
