What is the working process of Jigger Dyeing Machine?

1. Fabric loading: The fabric to be dyed is rolled onto one of the rollers through the fabric loading motor, and a counting proximity switch is installed on the transmission shaft to record the number of passes of the entire roll of fabric;
2. Manual fabric rolling: One end of the fabric is rolled onto another roller manually, and it can start working normally after it is tightly wrapped;
3. Tension control: The two rollers run in the same direction, and the control system keeps the tension on the fabric constant, while keeping the fabric's time in the dye solution consistent, that is, the line speed is constant;
4. Dyeing: The fabric is dyed in the dye solution;
5. Fabric unloading: After dyeing, the fabric is removed from the roller.
