What types of Jigger Dyeing Machines are there?

1. Open Jigger Dyeing Machine: Early Jigger Dyeing Machines were made of wood or iron, but these types of equipment have now been basically eliminated.
2. Covered Jigger Dyeing Machine: Mainly used for dyeing silk and cotton. The cylinder cover can keep the temperature inside the cylinder constant, preventing the fabric above the liquid from being blown away by the wind and causing energy loss. It can also prevent the upper temperature from being too low, affecting the penetration and fixation of the dye.
3. High-temperature and high-pressure Jigger Dyeing Machine: Used for dyeing synthetic fiber fabrics such as polyester and nylon. The cylinder cover can make the internal temperature of the cylinder exceed 100°C to meet the needs of dyeing polyester fabrics with disperse dyes.
