1. Preliminary inspection and preparation
Machine inspection: Before operation, walk around the machine to check its appearance to see if there are any damaged parts, loose connections or pipe leaks. Focus on checking the dye tank, pump body and valve.
Check whether the indicator lights and buttons on the control panel are working properly, ensure that the display can accurately display information, and check whether the emergency stop button of the machine is sensitive.
Material preparation: Prepare suitable dyes and auxiliaries according to the dyeing formula. The dyes should be of high quality and free of impurities, and the purity of the auxiliaries should meet the requirements.
Use a clean container to accurately measure the specified amount of dyes and auxiliaries, mix them in a mixing container according to a certain proportion, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir them thoroughly with a stirrer to completely dissolve them to form a uniform dye solution.
2. Startup and dye solution injection
Startup: Turn on the main power switch to start the control system of GUR Uniform Dyeing Machine. After waiting for the system to initialize, enter the operation interface.
In the operation interface, enter the dyeing temperature, time, dye solution circulation frequency and other parameters according to the dyeing process requirements. These parameters are the key to ensuring dyeing quality and must be set accurately.
Dye injection: Connect the dye delivery pipeline, open the dye injection valve, and slowly inject the pre-prepared dye into the dye vat. During the injection process, observe the liquid level in the dye vat through the liquid level gauge to prevent the dye from overflowing.
When the dye reaches the specified liquid level, close the injection valve and start the dye circulation pump to make the dye circulate evenly in the dye vat to ensure that the composition and temperature of the dye are evenly distributed.
3. Dyeing process control
Temperature control: Turn on the heating device and heat the dye at the set heating rate. The temperature sensor of the machine will monitor the temperature in real time. Pay close attention to temperature changes to avoid excessive temperature fluctuations.
When the dye temperature reaches the set value, maintain a constant temperature state to ensure that the dyeing process is stable. At this stage, pay attention to whether the machine is operating normally to prevent malfunctions from affecting the dyeing effect.
Time control: Timing is performed according to the set dyeing time. During the dyeing process, the color changes of the dyed object can be appropriately observed. When the specified dyeing time is reached, the dyeing process is basically completed.
4. Operations after dyeing
Drainage and cleaning: After dyeing, stop heating and dye circulation. Open the drain valve and drain the dye liquid in the dye vat.
Rinse the dye vat and the dyed material with clean water several times until the drained water is colorless to remove the residual dye and auxiliaries.
Shutdown and maintenance: Turn off the power of the machine and clean the stains on the surface of the machine. Check and maintain the key parts of the machine, such as cleaning the filter and checking the pump body, to prepare for the next use.
