How to operate the dyeing machine?
Jun 16, 2025
1. Preparation
1. Equipment inspection: Make sure the dyeing machine is in normal working condition and check whether the power connection of the equipment is normal.
2. Fabric preparation: Prepare the fabric or yarn to be dyed and make sure it is clean and free of impurities.
3. Dye preparation: Prepare the required dyes and auxiliaries according to the dyeing process requirements and ensure their types and proportions are accurate.
4. Clean equipment: Check whether there are residual dyes or other debris inside the dyeing machine to ensure that the equipment is clean.
2. Operation process
1. Loading materials: Place the materials to be dyed neatly into the dyeing machine to avoid entanglement of fabrics.
2. Add dyes: Add the prepared dyes and auxiliaries evenly into the dyeing machine to ensure that the dyes are fully dissolved.
3. Parameter setting: Set parameters such as dyeing time, temperature and speed on the control panel and adjust them according to the fabric material and dyeing requirements.
4. Start dyeing: Start the dyeing machine and start the dyeing process. During the dyeing process, check the dyeing effect regularly to ensure uniform color.
5. Finish dyeing: After dyeing, stop the dyeing machine, take out the dyed materials, and clean and disinfect them.
2. Operation skills
1. Temperature control: During the dyeing process, temperature control is very important, and the heating rate cannot be too fast.
2. Dye dissolution: If the dye cannot be fully dissolved, manual stirring is required.
3. Lubricant addition: During the dyeing process, friction will occur between the fabric and the cylinder body. Adding a proper amount of lubricant can reduce the fuzzing of the fabric.
3. Precautions for use
1. Cloth circulation: Ensure that the cloth circulation dyeing is normal, avoid abnormal conditions such as folding and knotting, so as to improve the dyeing speed and uniformity.
2. Safe operation: When cutting samples, the temperature in the cylinder must drop below 80℃ and there is no pressure to prevent personal injury.
3. Equipment protection: Prevent moisture and water vapor from entering the controller and electrical components to prevent failures and extend the service life of the machine.
4. Waterless start: When there is no water in the cylinder, do not start the main pump to avoid damage to the mechanical seal and bearings.
5. High-pressure operation: Before opening the cylinder cover, the pressure should be discharged first to ensure that there is no pressure in the cylinder and the temperature is below 80°C.
6. Color change cleaning: When changing the color, the cylinder body and the chemical barrel should be cleaned.
IV. Maintenance and care
1. Regular cleaning: After dyeing, clean the dyeing room and liquid supply system to prevent dye accumulation.
2. Check the equipment: Regularly check the temperature control system and operating parts to ensure their normal operation.
3. Replace parts: Regularly replace filters and seals to ensure dyeing quality and equipment safety.
