Precautions for operation of dyeing machine

1. The machine must be stopped when the cloth rolls onto the roller. First, wet the cloth tip with water and stick it evenly on the roller. The machine can be started only after it is properly stuck. It is strictly forbidden to pull the cloth tip onto the roller while driving. If the cloth tip is not firmly stuck and falls off during driving, the machine should be stopped and re-sticked.

2. When the cloth roll is running, if there are defects such as curling and wrinkles, it cannot be handled on the front of the cloth roll to prevent the hand from being rolled in.

3. The core of the wooden roller (square iron stem) for rolling cloth should not be placed next to the rotating roller sleeve to prevent it from being ejected and injuring people due to mechanical force.

4. When the electric hoist lifts the cloth roll, the roller should be kept horizontal and stable and should not be skewed to prevent the single end of the rope from slipping off and causing the cloth roll to fall and injure people.

5. The bevel gear and transmission shaft on the roller shaft should be equipped with a fully enclosed safety cover.

6. The dyeing machine should be equipped with an electrical or mechanical emergency stop safety device. The structure of the device is to hang two wooden boards under the cylinder mouths on both sides, connected to the button or mechanical wrench. In dangerous situations, just touch the wooden board (safety board) and the machine will stop running immediately, effectively preventing major accidents. Safety emergency stop equipment must be inspected and maintained regularly to prevent failure.

7. When working on the roller dyeing machine, the cuffs of the work clothes must be tied tightly and there must be no dragging. It is not allowed to wear skirts or towels around the neck. When using acids, alkalis and other toxic and harmful dyes and auxiliaries, necessary protective equipment must be worn, such as glasses and rubber gloves, rubber shoes or gas masks, etc.
