Apr 01, 2025
1. Regular inspection and cleaning
Check the glue block: Check the glue block in the machine every week and clean it.
Clean the chain: Lubricate and clean the chain regularly.
Clean the equipment: Clean the dye vat and pipes thoroughly before each dyeing to avoid residual contamination from the new batch.
2. Transmission system maintenance
Check the transmission parts: Check the transmission rollers, reducer and the inside of the machine every month for calibration and maintenance.
Lubricate the bearings: Lubricate all transmission bearings once a quarter.
3. Operation specifications
Control the tension: According to the type of fabric, reasonably adjust the tension when winding to avoid excessive tension when the fabric is rolled up.
Use cold water to roll up: Use cold water or room temperature water every time you roll up to prevent the fabric from deforming.
Add evenly: When adding dyes and chemicals, dissolve them in advance and add them evenly on both sides to avoid color difference.
4. Handling of color difference problems
Control the quality of the head cloth: Ensure the length and quality of the head cloth, take the head cloth from the dyed material to ensure quality.
Adjust equipment performance: Adjust the mechanical properties of the equipment in time according to the thickness of the fabric to ensure uniform color of the fabric.
Rational cylinder matching: When dyeing light-colored fabrics, appropriately reduce the number of fabrics to prevent excessive color difference between the head and the tail.
5. Safety and protection
Wear protective equipment: Operators need to wear protective equipment such as work clothes, gloves, and protective glasses.
Emergency stop device: Ensure that the emergency stop device of the Jig Dyeing Machine is in good condition so that it can be stopped immediately in dangerous situations.
6. Other precautions
Keep the working environment clean: Clean the work site, ensure that there is no debris around the equipment, and keep the passage unobstructed.
Regularly replace parts: Perform daily maintenance on the Jig Dyeing Machine and replace severely worn parts in time.
Record operation data: Record key data during the operation of the equipment in a timely manner to provide reference for subsequent operations.
