What is the operating process of Normal Temperature Jigger Dyeing Machine?

1. Preparation
Inspect the equipment: Make sure that all parts of the jigger dyeing machine are intact, without damage, looseness or leakage.
Clean the dye tank: Remove debris and residual dye in the dye tank.
Prepare the dye solution: Accurately prepare the required dye solution according to the formula and inject it into the dye tank.
2. Loading the fabric
Fix one end of the fabric to be dyed on the cloth winding shaft, start the jigger dyeing machine, and evenly wind the fabric on the cloth winding shaft.
3. Dyeing
Start the equipment to alternately wind and soak the fabric in the dye solution.
Control the running speed and tension of the jigger dyeing machine to ensure that the fabric is fully immersed in the dye solution without excessive stretching or wrinkles.
4. Intermediate treatment
Depending on the dyeing process requirements, intermediate treatment may be required during the dyeing process, such as adding auxiliaries, adjusting the dye solution temperature, etc.
5. Cleaning
After dyeing is completed, drain the dye solution and clean the fabric with clean water to remove excess dye and auxiliaries on the surface.
6. Fabric discharge
Remove the dyed and cleaned fabric from the fabric reel and arrange it neatly.
7. Equipment cleaning
Drain the cleaning water in the dyeing tank, clean the dyeing tank and the equipment surface, and prepare for the next use.
8. Record
Record the relevant parameters of this dyeing, such as fabric type, dye formula, operating speed, temperature, etc., for subsequent reference and quality traceability.
During the operation, the operator needs to strictly abide by the operating procedures, pay attention to safety, and closely observe the operation of the equipment and the dyeing of the fabric. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped in time for processing.
