How to ensure the dyeing quality of Normal Temperature Jigger Dyeing Machine?

Jul 26, 2024

1. Equipment maintenance
Periodically conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the jigger dyeing machine to ensure that all parts of the equipment are operating normally, such as flexible rotation of the guide roller, smooth dye circulation system, and accurate temperature control.
Replace worn parts in time to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment.
2. Dye preparation
Accurately weigh dyes and auxiliaries in strict accordance with the formula to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the dye composition.
Fully stir the dye to mix it evenly to avoid dye precipitation or uneven distribution of auxiliaries.
3. Pretreatment
Perform sufficient pretreatment of the fabric, such as desizing, scouring, bleaching, etc., to remove impurities and improve the permeability of the fabric, thereby ensuring the uniformity and color fastness of dyeing.
4. Process parameter control
Precisely control parameters such as dyeing temperature, time, fabric running speed and tension. The temperature should be kept stable, the time should be strictly in accordance with the process requirements, and the speed and tension should be moderate to avoid fabric stretching deformation or wrinkles.
Regularly test and calibrate instruments such as temperature sensors and timers to ensure the accuracy of parameters.
5. Dyeing liquid circulation
Maintain a good circulation of dyeing liquid so that all parts of the fabric can fully contact fresh dyeing liquid to avoid color difference.
6. Batch dyeing consistency
For the dyeing of the same batch of fabrics, try to ensure the consistency of process conditions, including dyeing liquid formula, equipment parameters and operation methods.
7. Operator training
Provide professional training for operators to make them familiar with equipment operation and dyeing process, so that they can find and deal with problems in time.
8. Quality inspection
During the dyeing process and after dyeing, sample and test the fabrics, such as color difference, color fastness and other indicators, and adjust the process in time if problems are found.
9. Environmental control
Keep the environment of the dyeing workshop clean, dry and at a suitable temperature to avoid factors such as dust and moisture that affect the dyeing quality.
