How to judge whether the dyeing quality of Normal Temperature Jigger Dyeing Machine is qualified?

1. Color accuracy
Compare with the standard color sample or the color specified by the customer to observe whether the color hue, lightness and saturation are consistent, and whether there is obvious color difference.
2. Dyeing uniformity
Check whether the color distribution on the surface of the fabric is uniform, and whether there are spots, stripes or color flowers of different shades.
The uniformity can be quantitatively evaluated by taking samples from different parts and measuring the color difference with a colorimeter.
3. Color fastness
Perform a friction color fastness test to observe whether the fabric fades during the friction process.
Perform a washing color fastness test to check the color change of the fabric after washing.
Other related color fastness tests such as sunlight color fastness can also be performed to evaluate the stability of the color under different conditions.
4. Fabric appearance
Check whether the fabric is damaged during the dyeing process, such as wrinkles, holes, stretching deformation, etc.
Observe whether the surface of the fabric is clean and whether there is any dye residue, stains or impurities attached.
5. Dye penetration
Cut the fabric and observe whether the dye penetrates the fiber to the expected depth and uniformity.
6. Hand feel and style
Feel the hand feel of the fabric and determine whether the dyeing process has an adverse effect on its softness, smoothness and other hand feel characteristics.
Confirm whether the style of the fabric, such as stiffness and fluffiness, meets the requirements.
