Working principle of gas-liquid dyeing machine
Feb 21, 2024
Gas-liquid dyeing machine is a device used for dyeing textiles. Its working principle is based on the interaction of gases and liquids:
1. The textile is placed in the dye vat in the dyeing machine. A dye vat is a sealed container that holds textiles and dye solution.
2. Inject dye solution into the dye vat. This solution is usually a mixture of dye and water.
3. Introduce hot air or steam through the bottom of the dye vat. In this way, hot air or steam heats and evaporates the dye molecules in the dye solution.
The evaporated dye molecules rise above the textile and bind to the fibers on the surface of the textile. This process is called diffusion.
4. The air in the dye vat will also be continuously circulated to maintain uniform distribution of the dye solution and stable temperature.
5. When the dyeing reaches the desired level, the supply of hot air or steam is stopped and the dye solution is cooled. After cooling, the dye molecules are fixed on the fibers of the textile, completing the dyeing process.
This is the basic working principle of the gas-liquid dyeing machine. Its advantages include uniform dyeing results, easy operation, and adaptability to different types of textiles.
