Working principle of jigger dyeing machine

1. Preparation: First, load the textile to be dyed (such as fabric) into the dyeing tube of the jigger dyeing machine. The drum is usually a cylindrical container that can hold a large amount of textiles.
2. Add dyes and auxiliaries: Add appropriate amounts of dyes and auxiliaries to the dyeing tube. Dyeing agents are chemicals used to color textiles, while auxiliaries help dyes to be evenly distributed and fixed on textiles.
3. Dyeing process: Once the dye and auxiliaries are added to the dyeing cylinder, the jigger begins the dyeing process. Usually, the dyeing drum is rotated to fully soak and stir the textile in the dye to ensure that the dye penetrates evenly into every part of the textile.
4. Temperature and time control: During the dyeing process, the jigger will also control temperature and time. Different textiles and dyes require different temperatures and times to achieve optimal dyeing results. The jigger can control the heating and cooling process according to set parameters to ensure that the dye is properly penetrated and fixed on the textile.
5. Post-dyeing treatment: After dyeing is completed, textiles need to undergo post-dyeing treatment. This may include steps such as rinsing, bleaching, neutralizing, washing, etc. to remove excess dye and auxiliaries and ensure the durability and color fastness of the dye.
