The motor of dye jigger is always in power generation mode. The usual practice is to use brake unit and brake resistor to consume the energy generated by axial flow braking in the form of heat. For equipment like dye jigger that works in power generation mode for many years, this method wastes a lot of electric energy. Kechuang Liyuan inverter can easily support the common DC bus. In practice, we directly connect the PN bus of two inverters in parallel, so that the energy generated by normal working braking returns to the dragging motor through the parallel bus. In order to consider that when decelerating rapidly, it is possible that both motors are in power generation state, a brake resistor is still connected in parallel to one of the inverters. The work of this resistor is short-term and the energy consumption is very small. The large resistor box under the control cabinet of the dye jigger can now be completely eliminated, which not only saves energy consumption, but also avoids a large heat source, thereby improving the reliability of the system.
