How to replace the heating tube of Jig Dyeing Machine?

Preparation
1. Confirm the model of Jig Dyeing Machine and the specifications and dimensions of the heating tube, and prepare the corresponding new heating tube and matching seals, connecting bolts and other accessories.
2. Prepare the tools required to replace the heating tube, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
3. Turn off the power of Jig Dyeing Machine and make sure that the power is cut off. At the same time, close the valves related to the heating tube, such as the liquid inlet valve and the liquid outlet valve, to prevent dye leakage.
4. Wear personal protective equipment such as protective gloves and goggles to prevent burns or other injuries during operation.
Removing the old heating tube
1. Open the cover or related inspection door of Jig Dyeing Machine and find the installation position of the heating tube.
2. Use a wrench to unscrew the bolts or nuts connecting the heating tube to the pipeline and separate the heating tube from the pipeline. 3. Be careful to keep the removed bolts, nuts and other parts to avoid loss.
4. Carefully unplug the power cord of the heating tube, and be careful not to pull the wire hard to avoid damaging the wire. If there is a fixing screw between the plug and the socket, you need to unscrew the screw before unplugging the plug.
5. Remove the old heating tube from the mounting bracket, pay attention to the installation method and position of the heating tube, as well as the surrounding components, so that the new heating tube can be installed correctly. If there is a fixing clip or screw between the heating tube and the mounting bracket, you need to use the corresponding tool to loosen or unscrew it.
Install the new heating tube
1. Place the new heating tube in the installation position of the original heating tube, ensure that the heating tube is installed firmly, and keep a proper distance from the surrounding components to avoid collision or interference with each other. If you need to use a mounting bracket or fixing clip, install it correctly and tighten the screws.
2. Insert the power cord plug of the heating tube into the socket and ensure that the plug and the socket are in good contact. If there is a fixing screw, tighten it to prevent the plug from loosening.
3. Connect the heating tube to the pipeline, and tighten the connecting bolts or nuts with a wrench to ensure a tight connection without leakage of dye. When tightening bolts or nuts, pay attention to uniform force to avoid damaging the heating tube or pipe due to excessive force.
4. Check whether the heating tube is installed correctly, including whether the power cord is firmly connected and whether the pipe connection is well sealed. At the same time, check whether there are debris or obstacles around the heating tube to ensure that the heating tube can work normally.
Debugging and inspection
1. Turn on the power of the Jig Dyeing Machine, turn on the heating system and circulation system, and observe whether the new heating tube is heating normally and whether the temperature rise is uniform. At the same time, check whether the temperature control of the heating tube is accurate and whether it can reach the set temperature value.
2. Check whether there is dye leakage at the connection between the heating tube and the pipeline. You can apply some soapy water or leak detection agent at the connection to observe whether bubbles are generated. If there are bubbles, it means that there is a leak, and you need to find the cause and repair it in time.
3. Check the overall operation of the Jig Dyeing Machine, including whether the circulation of the dye is normal and whether other parts of the equipment are affected. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped in time for inspection and troubleshooting.
