2. Jig dyeing system: The jig dyeing machine is equipped with a jig dyeing system, including a fabric feeding system and a fabric discharging system. The feeding system sends the fabric into the dye vat for dyeing, while the discharging system sends out the dyed fabric.
3. Control system: The jigger dyeing machine is also equipped with a control system for monitoring and controlling parameters such as temperature, dye concentration, and dyeing time of the dye vat. Adjustment of these parameters can affect the dyeing effect.
4. Dye supply system: The jigger dyeing machine is also equipped with a dye supply system for delivering dye to the dye vat. Dye supply systems typically include dye storage tanks, pumps and pipes.
The working principle of the jigger dyeing machine is to pass the fabric through the dye vat so that the dye can evenly penetrate into the fabric fibers. The dye in the dye vat can be heated or stirred to improve the dyeing effect. Once dyeing is complete, the fabric is sent out through the outfeed system.
The advantages of jigger dyeing machines include high efficiency, uniform dyeing, controllable dyeing parameters, etc. It plays an important role in the textile production process, giving fabrics a wide variety of colors and patterns.
