1. Warp beam loading system:
It has a sturdy and well-designed warp beam frame, made of high-strength alloy, with good corrosion resistance and stability, ensuring that it can stably carry warp beams of different specifications and weights, and is not easy to deform during long-term operation. 2. Dyeing circulation system:

3. Sealing and insulation structure:
The dyeing machine has good sealing performance. The opening of the dyeing tank, the inlet and outlet of the warp beam, and the pipe connection are sealed with high-temperature and corrosion-resistant rubber seals and sealants to effectively prevent leakage of the dyeing liquid and reduce heat loss. The equipment is wrapped with an efficient insulation layer, usually made of rock wool or polyurethane foam material with moderate thickness, which can ensure good insulation effect without taking up too much space, reducing the heat energy consumption in the dyeing process and improving energy utilization. It also helps to maintain the stability of the dyeing liquid temperature and ensure the dyeing quality.
