How should the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine be kept warm during work?

1. Use a high-pressure airless sprayer to spray heat-insulating coating on the surface of the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine, which will form a dense thermal insulation coating with a thickness of 1.5~5mm on the surface of the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine.

2. According to a heat preservation method, we have the following specific steps:

(1) Remove various oil stains and protective compounds on the surface of the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine.

(2) Turn on the stirring device at a temperature not lower than 21°C, and stir the heat-insulating paint in the paint bucket to a milk-like consistency.

(3) Use a high-pressure airless sprayer to spray the previously stirred heat-insulating coating in layers. To ensure that the thickness of each coat meets the requirements, wait until the previous coat is completely dry before spraying the next coat.
