1. Keep the frequency converter away from related working equipment:

The inverter should choose an independent power supply, and the voltage of the power supply should be stable to avoid sudden changes. The power supply of the external computer or instrument and the instrument should be separated from the power supply of the power unit of the frequency converter, and try to avoid sharing an internal transformer. The contactor installed in the same electric cabinet as the frequency converter should preferably use a contactor with good arc extinguishing effect, and keep a certain distance from the frequency converter. Grounding should be good.

2. When designing the inverter, you can pay attention to the improvement of these components:

The E terminal of the inverter should be connected with the control cabinet and the motor shell, and should be connected to the safety ground. The grounding resistance should be less than 100Ω, which can absorb the surge interference.

The connection between the communication port and the upper computer must adopt the transmission mode of photoelectric isolation, the analog signal line should use shielded wire, and the single end should be connected to the analog ground at the frequency converter to improve the anti-interference performance of the communication system.

Control wires and power wires should be routed separately and cannot be placed in the same wire slot. Use shielded wires for control wires, preferably through pipes, and metal hoses should be well grounded.

3. Application of frequency converter magnetic ring:

Choose to install anti-interference magnetic rings at the input and output ends of the frequency converter, and wind them in parallel for several times, which will help suppress high-order harmonics (the method of adding magnetic rings to frequency converters is simple and easy, and the cost of the magnetic rings is also relatively low). If it is necessary to further enhance the anti-interference effect of the magnetic ring, reactors, filters, etc. can be added.
