How to maintain GQY Air-Liquid Dyeing Machine
Jan 20, 2025
1. Maintenance of mechanical parts
Cylinder maintenance: Clean the inside of the cylinder regularly. After the dyeing operation is completed, rinse the cylinder with clean water to remove residual dye and fabric fibers. Every once in a while, you can use a special cylinder cleaner for deep cleaning to ensure that the cylinder wall is smooth and there is no dirt accumulation. Because dirt may affect the dyeing quality of the fabric and cause uneven color.
Check the sealing of the cylinder. Check whether the sealing rubber ring of the cylinder has signs of aging, wear or damage. Poor sealing may cause dyeing liquid leakage, affecting the dyeing effect and working environment. If a sealing problem is found, the rubber ring should be replaced in time.
Transmission component maintenance: Regularly check the transmission components such as motors and reducers. Check whether the motor runs smoothly and whether there is any abnormal noise or vibration. For reducers, check the oil level and oil quality of its lubricating oil. Replace the reducer lubricating oil every 3-6 months to ensure good lubrication and extend the service life of transmission components.
Clean the dust and fiber on the surface of transmission components regularly. Dust and fiber accumulation may affect heat dissipation and cause overheating and damage to components. You can use a clean soft brush or compressed air to clean it.
2. Pipeline system maintenance
Pipeline cleaning: Clean the dyeing liquid, steam and compressed air pipelines regularly. Sediments in the pipeline can be removed by flushing. For the dyeing liquid pipeline, pay special attention to cleaning when changing the dye variety to prevent mutual contamination between different dyes.
Check whether the connection parts of the pipeline are firm and whether there is any leakage. Leaking dyeing liquid not only wastes resources, but also may cause damage to equipment and the environment. If a pipeline leak is found, the seal should be repaired or replaced in time.
Valve inspection: Regularly inspect and maintain various valves on the dyeing machine (such as feed valve, discharge valve, steam valve, etc.). Ensure that the valve is flexible and well sealed. The flexibility of the valve can be checked by manually operating the valve. For valves that are stuck, repair or replace them in time.
3. Control system maintenance
Electrical component inspection: Regularly clean the dust in the electrical control cabinet. Dust may cause short circuit or poor heat dissipation of electrical components. You can use a small vacuum cleaner or a clean brush to clean it.
Check the accuracy of the sensor. Calibrate the sensor regularly to ensure that it can accurately feedback the operating parameters of the dyeing machine. If the sensor fails, it should be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the dyeing machine.
