Preparation
1. Turn off the power and heating system of Jig Dyeing Machine and make sure the equipment has completely cooled down to prevent burns or electric shock accidents.
2. Empty the dye in the dye tank and take out the fabrics and other items in the dye tank to avoid contamination during the cleaning process.
3. Prepare the required cleaning tools and materials, such as special descaling agents, soft brushes, rags, buckets, protective gloves and glasses, etc.
Removing the heating tube
1. According to the equipment manual of Jig Dyeing Machine, find the installation location of the heating tube, which is usually located at the bottom or side of the dye tank.
2. Carefully remove the connecting parts of the heating tube from the pipes, wires, etc., and pay attention to record the order and method of disassembly for subsequent correct installation.
3. Take the heating tube out of the dye tank and place it on a stable workbench to avoid collision or damage to the heating tube.
Cleaning the heating tube
1. First use a soft brush to gently brush away dust, fabric fibers and other impurities on the surface of the heating tube.
2. For dye stains and scale on the surface, mix an appropriate amount of special descaling agent solution according to the severity of the dirt. Generally speaking, the ratio can be made according to the requirements of the descaling agent product manual.
3. Soak the heating tube in the descaling agent solution for a period of time, usually 1-2 hours, to allow the descaling agent to fully react with the dirt to soften and dissolve the dirt. For areas with more serious dirt, you can gently scrub it with a soft brush, but pay attention to the strength to avoid scratching the surface of the heating tube.
4. After soaking and scrubbing, rinse the heating tube with clean water to rinse off the descaling agent solution and dirt on the surface. Make sure that all parts of the heating tube are rinsed, especially the gaps and interfaces of the heating tube, and no descaling agent and dirt are left.
5. Wipe the moisture on the surface of the heating tube with a clean rag, and then check whether there is any residual dirt or signs of damage on the surface of the heating tube. If there is still dirt, repeat the above cleaning steps until the surface of the heating tube is clean.
Install the heating tube
1. Install the cleaned heating tube in the reverse order of disassembly to ensure that the heating tube is firmly connected to the pipes, wires, etc., and the seal is good to avoid leakage or poor contact.
After installation, check whether the installation position of the heating tube is correct and whether there is interference with surrounding components.
Cleaning the work area
1. Clean and organize the tools and materials used in the cleaning process, and properly store the remaining descaling agent.
2. Clean the dirt, water stains, etc. on the workbench and the ground to keep the work area clean.
Test operation
1. Add an appropriate amount of water or dye liquid to the dye tank again, turn on the heating system and circulation system of the Jig Dyeing Machine, and observe whether the heating tube is working normally, whether the temperature rises evenly, and whether there are any abnormal conditions such as leakage.
2. Check whether the temperature control of the heating tube is accurate to ensure that the Jig Dyeing Machine can operate normally and meet the requirements of the dyeing process.
3. When cleaning the heating tube, you should strictly follow the operating procedures, choose the appropriate cleaning method and descaling agent to avoid damage to the heating tube. At the same time, regular cleaning of the heating tube can effectively improve the heating efficiency, extend the service life of the heating tube, and ensure the normal operation and dyeing quality of the Jig Dyeing Machine.
