How to solve common faults of GTM Jig Dyeing Machine

Feb 24, 2025

1. Uneven dyeing
Cause analysis: Poor dye circulation, uneven fabric winding tension, and insufficient dye dissolution may all lead to uneven dyeing.
Solution:
Check the circulation system in the dye tank to ensure that the pump and pipeline are not blocked so that the dye can be evenly distributed around the fabric. If blockage is found, clean the impurities in the pipeline in time.
Adjust the tension device of the fabric winding and monitor and balance the tension through the tension sensor. For different fabric materials and thicknesses, it may be necessary to reset the appropriate tension parameters to ensure that the fabric is stable and evenly stressed during the winding process.
Stir the dye thoroughly to ensure that it is completely dissolved before adding it to the dye tank. At the same time, pay attention to the quality of the dye and the order of addition, and add auxiliaries according to the prescribed procedures to ensure the consistency of the dyeing effect.
2. Fabric wrinkles
Cause analysis: Excessive or insufficient tension and non-parallel cloth rollers are the main causes of fabric wrinkles.
Solution:
Check the tension control system. If the tension is too large, appropriately reduce the winding speed or adjust the parameters of the tension sensor to reduce the tension on the fabric. If the tension is too low, you may need to check whether the transmission system is working properly to ensure that the cloth roller can stably wind the fabric.
Regularly check the parallelism of the cloth roller. If it is found to be not parallel, it can be corrected by adjusting the roller support device to ensure that the fabric can pass through the dye liquid smoothly during the winding process.
3. Dye leakage
Cause analysis: Aging of seals and loose pipe interfaces are common causes of dye leakage.
Solution:
Regularly check the seals of the dye tank, pipes and other parts in contact with the dye. If the seals are found to be aging or damaged, replace them in time to ensure a good sealing effect.
Check the connection at the pipe interface, tighten the loose interface, and consider replacing new parts for severely worn interface parts to prevent dye leakage from causing environmental pollution and waste of resources.
